Warranty

At EdisonFlex™, we stand by the quality and durability of our wire and cable products. Our warranty guarantees that all EdisonFlex™ products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original buyer only and does not extend to any subsequent owners or end-users.

What is Covered

• Materials and Workmanship: The warranty covers defects in the materials and craftsmanship of EdisonFlex™ products when used and installed under normal conditions.
• Compliance: All products are certified and meet the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).

What is Not Covered

• Defects or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Any damage caused by external factors, including accidents, environmental conditions, or mishandling.
• Products not purchased directly from EdisonFlex™ or its authorized distributors.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@edisonflex.com with proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue. EdisonFlex™ reserves the right to inspect the product to verify the claim. If a valid warranty claim is made, we will either replace the defective product or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

EdisonFlex™’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including project delays or lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use our products.
